Three week ago when I had this problem it took 4 calls and three days to resolve it. It's either your virus scanner thinking something is bad when it's not, or your computer is infected with spyware from somewere else. Wikipedia does not exist as a self-help manual. Maybe if you've been kicked in the head by a horse. He uses Firefox because he thinks it is safer than IE.
