I work with a group of people who troubleshoot for a private company that hosts computers across the US. Also whenever i run Malwarbytes and do a Full Scan it detects 2 viruses and then hangs. Using a free software to get the job done, and complaining about the way it works. Just kill known malware processes so that we can use the normal anti-malware program to their job. For example, we make changes to desktop settings but after a re-boot it goes right back to where it was before. If you have virus names see if bleeping computer has a suggested specific removal method. It took me a couple of tries, but I was able to quickly click on the rkill icon while it was there, and that finally began the run process. But, this too sometimes goes wrong :( as the malware boots up even in SM and infects the exe's in the USB.
