If I were starting from scratch I'd be inclined to remove NIS2009 first using its own uninstall and then run the NRT for NSW2008 and if there's anything else left have A case like this could easily cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. scanning hidden autostart entries ...scanning hidden files ...
