Also ran every utility I had installed or could find...Pest patrol,Spybot S&D, Adaware,Pitstop Exterminate,Registry Mechanic and System mechanic. Finally got Norton back to where it would install and run....The problem: Panda online scan shows that I still have a virus, but it doesn't identify it.
