On bootup the error is related to arcroread and iTunes helper. They aren't equipped or staffed or prepared to help people fix the myriad problems created by this, so we're left to fednd for ourselves.... Maybe this was occurring and fixed before your Defcon 3 notice. If you need to get that PC up and running again, you might consider a Repair Install.
