I also deleted them and their registry entry while in safe mode and this seems to have done the trick. It is initiated by the Zlob malware and being rather sneaky it removes any trace of the infection from the host computer. The PC is still running OK after 3 days, with no sign of Defender-Review.com false alerts. Maybe Norton Auto-protect detected as something similar to Trojan.Fakeavalert and has removed it for me.
