I have followed all instructions up to this point. Hijackthis.co is a Log File analyzer to help you determine your Hijackthis Log File. Within a few minutes of login into windows, ccsvchst.exe takes up 99% of the resources and I cannot close norton.  It got stuck on the "one click support" window or something Check This Out Close Windows explorer, go to NIS2009 reactived the  Norton Product Tamper Protection under Miscellanious Settings and you can enter to the HISTORY and you will find it is empty (clear).
